The Sorrel Sleigher

This is our love letter to one of the most unique flowers in the world, and one that's very dear to Guyanese at Christmas. Witness locally sourced Guyanese Sorrel, transformed and presented in several forms within the same drink. House made Sorrel Jelly sitting at the bottom of the cup, mingling with the soft tapioca pearls while a bubble tea created with house made Sorrel Extract is poured on top. The drink is topped off with whipped cream, a house made Sorrel Syrup and a garnish of -say it with me- house made Candied Sorrel.
